That’s why we’ve established a thorough Refund and Returns Policy, ensuring you feel secure when selecting our exceptional, handcrafted offerings. We want to create an environment that encourages you to embrace the unique charm of our premium products.
  • If your purchase doesn’t entirely meet your expectations, our knowledgeable customer service team is just a message away.
  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unused, unaltered condition, and in original packaging.
  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of the customer’s receipt of the item, and must be shipped back within 10 days of the customers’s receipt of the item.
  • Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • For return or exchange of more expensive items, the customer may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied for returned items.
  • The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:
  • Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded, less the original shipping costs, to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.• Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:
  • Final sale products, any custom modified products, monogrammed products, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees, shipping fees.        
  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

 Gift return

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to a recipient, the recipient is eligible to receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to the original gift recipient.
